OK, how much?
There is an initial, non-refundable fee payable upon signing of the contract of € 150, which will be deducted from the final settlement.
When buying, between 0.75 ans 1.25% of the purchase price is to be paid upon completion, depending on the level of service.
All prices exclude BTW (VAT/sales tax).
