OK, how much?
There is a small, initial, non-refundable fee payable upon signing of the contract of € 150, which will be deducted from the final settlement. This fee establishes the intent of the client.
When buying, our fees range from 0.5% - 1.25% of the purchase price (depending on the level of service) which are to be paid upon completion.
When renting, the equivalent of 1 month's gross rent is to be paid upon signing of the rental contract. Minimum budget is € 1,500/month
All prices exclude BTW (VAT).
